Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return and refund window counted from the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied with your item for any of the qualifying reasons listed below, you may request a return, exchange, or full refund within this window — no unnecessary questions, no runaround.

Eligible Reasons for Return or Refund

We gladly accept returns and issue refunds in the following situations:

The item arrived damaged or broken.

The item received is different from what was ordered — wrong product, wrong color, or wrong size.

The item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

The item was not received within 10 calendar days of the shipping date shown in your tracking.

The item is significantly not as described on our product page.

We may ask for a photo or short video showing the damage or defect before approving a return. This helps us resolve your case quickly.

Non-Eligible Items — No Returns Accepted

The following situations fall outside our return policy:

Items returned more than 10 days after the delivery date.

Items that have been used, washed, worn, or altered in any way.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Change-of-mind returns where the item arrived exactly as described and in good condition.

Personalized or custom-made items, unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Return or Refund

The process is simple — just four steps:

Contact Us Within 10 Days

Email info@thingssquare.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video of the problem.

We Review Your Request

Our team reviews your request within 2–3 business days and confirms whether your return or refund is approved.

Return Instructions (if needed)

If a return is required we will provide instructions. For low-value items we often issue a refund or replacement without asking you to send anything back.

Refund Issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.

Refund Processing Times

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and credited to your original payment method:

For return shipping: if your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost in full. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please use a tracked service to protect against lost packages.

Orders Not Received — Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or household members, check your building's mailroom or parcel locker, and contact your local USPS, UPS, or FedEx branch with your tracking number.

If the package still cannot be located within 3 business days of the delivery scan, email us and we will open a carrier investigation. If the carrier confirms the loss, we will reship your order or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

If your tracking has not updated in 10 business days after the shipment date, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or PayPal. We will resolve it quickly and directly.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or PayPal. The vast majority of issues are resolved quickly and fairly when you reach out to us directly — often without requiring you to return anything.

Filing a dispute without first contacting us may delay your resolution. We are always here to help, and your satisfaction genuinely matters to us.
