By accessing thingssquare.com or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully — they protect both you and us, and set clear expectations for every transaction.

ThingsSquare is an online retail store operating at thingssquare.com. We sell consumer products shipped directly to customers in the United States. Our products are sourced through third-party suppliers and delivered via international and domestic logistics carriers. As a retailer, your orders are fulfilled and shipped by our supplier partners on our behalf — this is how we are able to offer a wide range of products at competitive prices.

Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and that you are placing orders for personal or household use — not for commercial resale. Our services are currently available to customers located in the United States only.

Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing on our website. Product images are for illustrative purposes — actual items may vary slightly in color or dimensions due to monitor calibration differences and manufacturing tolerances. We reserve the right to correct errors or update any product information at any time without prior notice.

Product availability can change. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, PayPal Pay in 4, Afterpay, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available.

All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your full credit card number. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we detect suspected fraud or a violation of these Terms.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

We process orders within 1–3 business days of successful payment. Once submitted to our fulfillment partner, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. As a retailer, your order ships directly from our supplier's warehouse — the shipping origin and carrier are determined by product availability and your delivery address.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at info@thingssquare.com within 12 hours of placing it. After that window, fulfillment may have already begun and changes cannot be made.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States only. Estimated delivery timelines:

Shipping Origin Estimated Delivery
US Warehouse 3 – 7 business days
International Warehouse 10 – 20 business days

These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, or high order volumes.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. If your tracking has not updated within 10 business days of your shipment date, please contact us before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing — please first check with neighbors, your mailroom, and your local post office, then contact us.

Intellectual Property & Prohibited Activities

All content on thingssquare.com — including our logo, product images, text, and website design — is the property of ThingsSquare or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.

When using our website you agree not to submit fraudulent orders, use the site for any illegal purpose, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, scrape or copy product data, or file chargebacks and payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue directly.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThingsSquare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to that claim. Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary through arbitration or courts of applicable jurisdiction. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time — continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
